Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of test engineers in planning, executing, and reporting on test activities
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report defects, track issues, and work towards resolution
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Experience in leading a team or managing projects is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
