We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Manager to join our IT team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security and a proven track record of managing and implementing security measures to protect an organization's digital assets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cyber security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's information systems and data
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions
- Manage a team of security professionals to ensure the effective implementation of security measures
- Monitor security incidents and respond promptly to mitigate risks and minimize impact
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security trends and technologies to proactively address emerging threats
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to integrate security best practices into all aspects of the organization's operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of network security, encryption technologies, and security protocols
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders
